This course covers topics required by the SAFE Act: Federal lending legislation
(3 hrs), ethics (3 hrs), and nontraditional mortgage products (2 hrs). Also
included are 12 hours of elective topics to provide a broad understanding of key
concepts. A primer on the primary and secondary mortgage markets, a review of
the economic, legal, and valuation aspects for the real estate market, types of
loan products and finance instruments, and the fundamentals of the residential
mortgage lending process.

This is a live interactive webinar taken right at your computer. Just
plan to log in a little early to test your computer and audio settings. Course materials
will be sent to you priot to the webinar. NMLS registration fees ($30) are
included.

System Requirements
Participants must have a computer with high-speed internet access and
speakers with a microphone or telephone for audio. Also have a calculator, paper
for notes and a writing utensil.

Our classes are considered at maximum capacity once 25 students have
registered.
Our classes typically fill up two to three weeks prior. We recommended
reserving your spot early as early as possible so that you can get the dates and
times you most prefer. For many of our courses, we can (when available)
provide you with the Recorded Self-Study (at no extra cost), so you can begin
your training prior to your course participation.
