This course covers topics required by the SAFE Act: Federal lending legislation
(3 hrs), ethics (3 hrs), and nontraditional mortgage products (2 hrs). Also
included are 12 hours of elective topics to provide a broad understanding of key
concepts. A primer on the primary and secondary mortgage markets, a review of
the economic, legal, and valuation aspects for the real estate market, types of
loan products and finance instruments, and the fundamentals of the residential
mortgage lending process.

Traditional Style classroom training. Just plan to arrive on time at
the location listed above. Course materials and NMLS registration fees are
included.
About the Instructor
Chuck Pollard has trained over 300 mortgage lending programs and combines,
humor, interactivity and involvement to make the program and interesting and
informative as possible.
System Requirements
Training is in a classroom setting. Bring a calculator, paper for notes
and a writing utensil. Can bring computer but not necessary.

Our classes are considered at maximum capacity once 30 students have
registered.
Our classes typically fill up two to three weeks prior. We recommended
reserving your spot early as early as possible so that you can get the dates and
times you most prefer. For many of our courses, we can (when available)
provide you with the Recorded Self-Study (at no extra cost), so you can begin
your training prior to your course participation.
