I do feel that the training was very thorough and I was very impressed with both Kathy's knowledge base and the relevancy of the material combined with the fact that all the material; i.e. mortgagee letters, MIP calculation worksheets, etc was current. I feel the training has provided what I needed to "fill the gap" in real life FHA underwriting and concisely clarified what changes had been made. Credit and property analysis may not have changed overall but as we well know with FHA the details of the regulations and the ability to insure the loan will make or break the bottom line.
