This Loan Origination program is comprised of the fundamentals of originating an FHA loan, discussion and examples of all the recent changes and loan processing requirements. System Requirements

Because this course is instructed via the classroom, your computer is not required.  Feel free to bring your notebook computer if you wish.  Depending on the training location, we will do our best to provide you a wireless internet access code. 

Registration Capacity

Our classes are considered at maximum capacity once 30 students have registered.

Our classes typically fill up two to three weeks prior. We recommended reserving your spot early as early as possible so that you can get the dates and times you most prefer.  For many of our courses, we can (when available) provide you with the Recorded Self-Study (at no extra cost), so you can begin your training prior to your course participation.
