One of the more well developed parts of the Dodd-Frank are the rules on loan
officer compensation. Based on the work the Federal Reserve had already
completed, these regulations take effect in April 2011 and will forever change
the way that loan officers can be compensated.
In this interactive forum we will discuss the framework that Dodd-Frank
brings into the picture and its impacts. Questions will be tracked and answered
at the end of the webinar, and all attendess will receive a copy via email.
Participants will have the opportunity to share what they have heard about how
various industry players are proactively addressing these regulations to
facilitate the cross pollination of ideas.
