The Financial Services Industry is in the midst of the most significant set
of reforms since the 1930's. With deadlines quickly approaching, mortgage
lenders are working diligently to identify how to assess current practices that
need to be modified to be in compliance. To help lenders keep abreast of these

- Understanding the call for a GAO study on the effectiveness of appraisal
methods
